The Momentum Method Workshop Series is designed to help women thrive in their business through strategy, creativity and flow.
The Momentum Method Workshop series helps women entrepreneurs build clarity, structure, and systems that reduce burnout and reignite motivation — all through education, community, and collaboration.
Each workshop blends practical strategy with soulful alignment, guiding you through everything from mastering your daily productivity systems and designing with confidence, to mapping your next three years and leading sales conversations that feel natural and authentic.
You’ll be surrounded by women who get it — sharing ideas, experiences, and encouragement so you never feel like you’re doing business alone.
To fit real life (and school calendars), two series are offered each year:
Series A: Tuesdays at 9:30 AM (Jan–Apr & Aug–Nov)
Series B: Saturdays at 9:30 AM (Jan–Apr & Aug–Nov)

FAQ’s
Do I have to be a member to participate in these workshops? No, these workshops are open to anyone. There is a discount for those with membership but membership is not required.
Can I take one class? Absolutely! We have an a-la-carte option so you can participate in 1 or a few without doing every class. This option is perfect for the seasoned entrepreneur looking for a refresh or realigning their business.
Are the workshops virtual or in-person? Community and collaboration are a huge part of these workshops therefore, for now, these workshops are in person only.
I can’t make all the workshops due to calendar conflicts, are there replays? We get it, this is a time investment and life doesn’t always align! Missed workshops can be made up by attending the same workshop in another series. Two series are run in tandem (Tuesdays or Saturdays) January-April and then again August-November. You have a full calendar year to make up the class.
How long are the workshops? Most work shops are 90minutes long. There are a few that require more time and attention. Plan like a CEO is 2hrs, Map Your Customer Journey is 3hrs, and Your 3-Year CEO Plan is a full day workshop (6hrs, includes lunch and snacks).
Where are the workshops held?
Workshops are held in person in Colorado Springs, CO (and occasionally Denver). Location details will be shared in your confirmation email after registration.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and an open mind! All workshop materials (including journals, utensils, worksheets, and activities) will be provided.
Can I join mid-series?
Yes! You can join at any time and catch up by attending make-up sessions or joining the next available class in another series.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes! You can choose to pay per class or bundle all workshops into a series for a discounted rate. Flexible payment options are available at checkout.
Are refunds available?
Registration is non-refundable, but you can transfer your registration to a future workshop or gift it to another attendee.
Who teaches the workshops?
All workshops are led by Veronica Bélanger, Founder of the Be^U Business Network, educator, and community builder for women entrepreneurs.
Do I have to own a business to attend?
No! These workshops are great for anyone who’s thinking about starting a business, growing one, or just ready to get clarity on their next steps.
